Breathwork Session: A 1-hour practical session to improve thought, feeling and behaviour. Rory uses specifically curated music, and evidence-based breathing, as tools to enhance mind and body health. You’ll be lying down as Rory guides you through 3 breathwork techniques, which directly tap into the brain & body to help reduce stress, improve wellbeing and enhance daily performance.
